Key Responsibilities:- Manage and progress a caseload of personal injury cases, providing professional legal advice to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure clients' expectations are managed effectively while meeting deadlines and targets.
- Prioritise a varied caseload and work independently to achieve targets.
- Previous experience in managing a caseload of personal injury cases.
- Driven and target-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional client care.
- Confident in working to set targets and managing client expectations.
- Strong telephone manner and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to provide a high level of client care.
- Efficient and effective, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
