We are seeking a dedicated private client practitioner to take over a well-established case load within their efficient Private Client Department. The role offers the potential for career progression to a director level in a firm with no glass ceiling. The department handles a broad range of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, Court of Protection applications, basic trusts work, and general elderly client advice.The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified solicitor, CILEx, or an experienced private client practitioner. STEP and SFE accreditation would be advantageous. They are looking for someone who can communicate complex legal issues clearly, provide excellent client service with a friendly approach, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and development.
