Solicitor / Legal Executive – Private Client (2+ Years PQE)Location: Woolton (Hybrid)Salary: Competitive My client is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience to join their busy and well-established team in Woolton. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and organised individual to manage a varied caseload while contributing to the growth and success of the department. The role involves handling all aspects of private client work, including probate, wills, trusts, estate and tax planning, and services for elderly clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload, liaising with clients both in person and remotely, and communicating with probate registry, courts, HM Land Registry, HMRC, experts, and other agencies. They will also play a key role in business development, working with existing contacts and proactively generating new work. Additionally, they will collaborate with the marketing team to produce content related to private client matters. The ideal candidate will have experience working with high-net-worth clients and possess strong decision-making skills, excellent time management, and the ability to prioritise a demanding workload. They must be confident in dealing with people, work well as part of a dynamic team, and be flexible to meet client and team needs. Proficiency in Case Management Systems, Laserforms, and Excel is essential. Experience in property work and access to a car would be advantageous. Benefits:
