Requirements
- 2-5 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner).
- Proven experience managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Organised and able to manage deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Handling a full caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfer of equity.
- Managing transactions from instruction through to post-completion, ensuring a smooth process for clients.
- Conducting title checks, drafting and negotiating contracts, and resolving complex queries.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Providing clear, timely, and professional advice to clients throughout the process.
- Liaising with lenders, estate agents, and other solicitors as required.
