Job Title: Residential Conveyancer

Location: Liverpool

We are seeking Qualified Conveyancers to join a growing and successful Residential Conveyancing team on a hybrid/flexible basis. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team.

About the RoleAs a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. You will be expected to:

  • Communicate with clients on a daily basis via phone and email,
  • Build and maintain relationships with referrers such as estate agents, mortgage brokers, and developers
  • Update and manage the case management system
  • Conduct title checks, raise enquiries, and check mortgage offers and searches
  • Ensure due diligence and risk assessments are maintained in line with firm policies
  • Exchange contracts and complete transactions

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience handling own independent caseload (essential)
  • Expertise in conducting title checks and raising enquiries
  • Qualification is beneficial but not essential
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with referrers
