What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a Pastoral Manager who has:

Previous experience in a managerial role, ideally in an SEN or educational setting.
A background as an SEN Teaching Assistant, providing insight into the daily support needs of SEN students.
Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and guide a team, ensuring all SEN TAs are supported and working effectively with students.

Eligibility Requirements:

Right to Work in the UK.
Enhanced DBS certificate on the online update service or willingness to apply.
Two professional references related to education or management roles.
