An established law firm in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in conveyancing or real estate to take on a supportive role in a dynamic and respected firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the conveyancing team in managing property transactions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including drafting documents, maintaining case files, and ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.
  • Communicate with clients, solicitors, and other third parties to support the smooth progress of transactions.
  • Handle document preparation, file management, and other essential tasks to assist with property sales, purchases, and related transactions.
  • Maintain an organised approach to work, ensure deadlines are met and issues are promptly communicated to the conveyancing team.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in conveyancing or real estate is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with clients and other stakeholders.
