Conveyancing AssistantFull-time / Permanent £20,000 - £30,000 My client, an award-winning conveyancing team, is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their dynamic team in Anfield. If you have at least 3 years of experience in Residential Conveyancing, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:
  • Support our team of conveyancers with managing a fast-moving caseload
  • Handle files from opening to issuing contracts and maintain client files
  • Provide administrative support to the busy conveyancing team
  • Answer incoming calls and address queries
  • Respond to prospective clients promptly following their enquiries
  • Manage post and ensure compliance with CQS
  • Implement anti-money laundering legislation, KYC, and compliance procedures
  • Support in ensuring confidentiality through GDPR compliance
  • Participate in business development and networking activities
Person Specification:
  • At least 3 years’ experience in conveyancing with knowledge of the client lifecycle
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 packages, digital dictation, and typing
  • Experience using Proclaim Case Management (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to meet strict deadlines under pressure
  • Excellent customer service, time management, and organisational skills
  • An effective team player with an eye for detail and strong communication skills
