- Support our team of conveyancers with managing a fast-moving caseload
- Handle files from opening to issuing contracts and maintain client files
- Provide administrative support to the busy conveyancing team
- Answer incoming calls and address queries
- Respond to prospective clients promptly following their enquiries
- Manage post and ensure compliance with CQS
- Implement anti-money laundering legislation, KYC, and compliance procedures
- Support in ensuring confidentiality through GDPR compliance
- Participate in business development and networking activities
- At least 3 years’ experience in conveyancing with knowledge of the client lifecycle
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 packages, digital dictation, and typing
- Experience using Proclaim Case Management (preferred but not essential)
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to meet strict deadlines under pressure
- Excellent customer service, time management, and organisational skills
- An effective team player with an eye for detail and strong communication skills
