Are you looking to develop your career in finance? Search are recruiting for a Law Firm in Liverpool, and we're seeking a Junior Legal Accounts Assistant/Purchase Ledger Clerk. If you have a passion for finance, keen attention to detail with 6months+ experience in Accounts, this could be the perfect role for you!Key Responsibilities:* Assisting with day-to-day financial transactions, including client and office accounts* Processing invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations* Using Proclaim case management software to maintain accurate financial records* Ensuring compliance with SRA Accounts Rules and other legal finance regulations* Assisting with month-end and year-end financial reporting* Liaising with solicitors, clients, and external stakeholders regarding financial matters* Providing general support to the finance teamWhat We're Looking For:* Basic level of accounting skills * Experience using Proclaim (desirable)* Previous experience in a finance/accounts or administration (legal sector preferred)* Strong numerical and analytical skills* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy* Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment* Understanding of SRA Accounts Rules (desirable but not essential)
