About the Role
As a Legal Administrator, you will provide essential support to our legal team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will bring your expertise in administration and knowledge of commercial law to manage key responsibilities, including:
• Preparing, formatting, and reviewing legal documents and correspondence.
• Organising and maintaining accurate client files and records.
• Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
• Communicating professionally with clients and external parties.
• Handling administrative tasks such as billing, filing, and general office management.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
• Proven administrative experience within a legal environment, ideally in commercial law.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
