Legal Secretary - £26,000 - £29,000 + Benefits 

Liverpool Centre - 1 day a week working from home

A forward-thinking law firm who are breaking the mould in the industry are looking for a Legal Secretary / Legal PA to join their busy and bustling team in the Liverpool office. This role is absolutely integral to the business, and you will play a crucial part in supporting a team of reputable lawyers and maintaining the exceptional service that the company is known for. You will also apply your team player nature to office coordination roles too, and ensure that everything is ticking over and so that the office is an uplifting and motivating place to be. 

What you'll doing... 

  • Providing exceptional secretarial support to the lawyers working across all commercial practice areas 
  • Audio/copy typing along with document formatting
  • Carrying out administration of the case management system
  • Getting involved with different aspects of invoicing 
  • Acting as the first port of call in the office and maintaining a productive and efficient working environment 
  • Coordinating various office suppliers, managing meeting room bookings and maintaining stationary
