As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will be part of a dynamic team that values client relationships and technical excellence.ABOUT THE ROLEIn the Commercial Property Paralegal role, you will manage a varied caseload covering commercial acquisitions and disposals, auctions, refinancing, Landlord & Tenant matters, leases, underleases, and assignments. You will also handle a small number of residential conveyancing matters for investor clients. Your responsibilities will include dealing with matters from initial contact through to completion, drafting contracts, negotiating leases, and assisting partners with high-value and complex commercial property matters. Additionally, you will identify and attend key networking and business events.
