Job Title: Corporate Commercial Paralegal

Location: Liverpool (Hybrid - One day working from home per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the preparation, review, and drafting of commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Conducting legal research on various corporate and commercial matters.
  • Providing administrative support to partners and associates, including managing case files, filing, and document management.
  • Liaising with clients, both internally and externally, to gather relevant information and provide status updates.
  • Assisting in the due diligence process for corporate transactions and mergers & acquisitions.
  • Preparing and organising legal documents for client meetings, court hearings, and transactions.
  • Supporting with corporate governance matters and company secretarial duties where applicable.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 month's experience in a corporate/commercial legal role (either in a law firm or in-house).
  • Strong understanding of corporate law, commercial contracts, and legal processes.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in using legal research tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to your work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification (preferred).
