Your new companyThis is a large international law firm with an excellent profile and is renowned for its pedigree. Your new roleThis Incentives paralegal position will see you join a busy and fast-paced department where you will work closely with senior solicitors and fee earners. Whilst in the role, you will assist in advisory services for companies on establishing equity incentive plans both in the UK and internationally, as well as handling transactional work in collaboration with the corporate team. What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate must have a Law degree (2:1 and above), PGDL, or relevant Paralegal experience. Our client will also consider entry-level candidates with a strong academic profile. You will have exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and numeracy skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft packages, legal drafting experience, and excellent time management and organisational skills. Additionally, you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be a committed team player with the ability to work independently.
