Incentives Paralegal – Liverpool

Leading UK law firm housed in a stunning office location in central Liverpool is hiring a paralegal to join the Incentives and Operations team, working with Partners, Associates and the Knowledge team.

Incentives Paralegal Key Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside Partners, Associates, Knowledge Lawyers, Trainees and fellow Paralegals, to act as key team player using your own initiative and organisational skills to meet key deadlines
  • Assisting with advisory work for companies on setting up equity incentive plans whether in the UK or internationally and transactional work alongside the corporate teams
  • Supporting the team on this work and the role will also include certain filings on the HMRC PAYE site for employment-related securities
  • General administrative support to the Partners and Associates in the team

Incentives Paralegal Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Educated at degree level (2:1 and above) or have previous paralegal experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail, numeracy and Microsoft office skills
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
