A private practice law firm in Liverpool is offering an exceptional opportunity for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its friendly and respected Commercial Property Team.
Typical Responsibilities:
- Acquiring and disposing of leasehold and freehold properties
- Drafting and reviewing leases
- Conducting essential searches
- Performing due diligence, including enquiries and title investigation
- Handling utility company easements and property transfers
- Managing exchange, completion, and post-completion procedures and correspondence
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Property Paralegal
- Degree qualification
- Exceptional organizational abilities
- Advanced IT proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Capability to adhere to strict deadlines
- Familiarity with various IT platforms
