Role Overview:

We seek a dynamic employment law Paralegal focusing on Equality Act claims. The successful candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience, preferably with some exposure to discrimination claims.

Responsibilities include managing a diverse caseload of employment law issues and delivering innovative, expert advice to a broad client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling claimant cases involving a variety of contentious employment matters, including advisory services and tribunal representation.
