Personal Injury Fee Earner – RTA ClaimsLocation: Liverpool | Salary: Up to £40,000 per year (depending on experience)

We’re expanding and currently looking for experienced Personal Injury Fee Earners to handle a caseload of RTA (Road Traffic Accident) Personal Injury claims. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team, where you’ll play a key role in managing claims, liaising with clients, and delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of 150-200 Personal Injury RTA claims, utilizing our Case Management System (Proclaim)
  • Provide clear, professional, and timely legal advice to clients while managing their expectations
  • Identify cases that would benefit from litigation outside the MOJ Portal and take swift action
  • Work efficiently in a target-driven environment to achieve profit costs, settlements, and client satisfaction
  • Engage with medical agencies, experts, insurers, and other parties to progress cases proactively
  • Prioritize and comply with Court directions, ensuring timely submission of required documents
  • Instruct Counsel for hearings and manage conferences as necessary
  • Ensure clients are regularly updated through calls, emails, video chats, and meetings
  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the team’s development
  • Maintain excellent client relationships and exceed performance targets
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience running RTA Personal Injury cases from start to finish
  • Strong track record in achieving client satisfaction and positive feedback
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player
  • Solid understanding of the CPR and relevant case law
  • Competency in using Case Management Systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
  • A practical approach to settlements, litigation, and risk management
