Revolution Recruitment Resources Ltd are recruiting for a Property Law Paralegal for an exceptional Law Firm based in Liverpool. This company have a massively friendly, open and relaxed working atmosphere where every team member is valued and supported.
The company are looking to add an ambitious, hard working Paralegal to their Property team to aid one of the senior Solicitors with their caseload. This position commences with a view to being offered a Solicitor Training Contract within 12-18 months of being with the company.
Role responsibilities;

You will also have the confidence and experience to assist with residential conveyancing work.
- Experience of Case Management Systems, Laserforms and the Land Registry and SDLT Portals are essential. Experience of using Infotrack desirable but full training will be provided.
- A minimum of 12 months previous experience in a property paralegal role is essential. Experience of working in a CQS accredited practice desirable.
- The ideal candidate will be well organised, flexible, work well under pressure, be numerate and have a good telephone manner.
Role specifics include;
- Updating clients on case progress
- Communicating with Estate agents, lenders and other agencies
