Swift Placements are seeking an experienced professional to join our client providing expert legal advice and support to its customers. This role offers a rewarding opportunity for career growth and development. You will manage your own caseload of Fast Track litigated cases from inception to completion.
Duties:
- Manage a high volume caseload of Fast Track RTA claims from start to finish.
- Progressing legal claims efficiently and effectively.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients.
- Conducting thorough research and analysis.
- Assess liability and quantum.
- Achieve all targets set.
- Liaise with all parties providing updates on the progress of claims.
- Representing clients in court proceedings when necessary.
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing own caseload of Fast Track RTA claims.
- Competent litigation experience.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Ability to analyse complex legal issues and provide sound advice.
- Exceptional customer service skills to interact with clients professionally.
