Role Overview:

As the Community Manager, you will be the vital link between ambassadors and key community partners, including schools, football clubs, youth clubs, and Make Life Kind’s Key note speakers. You will be responsible for building and managing long-term relationships through meaningful collaborations. Additionally, you will coordinate activities and events with a dynamic team of keynote speakers and brand ambassadors, driving engagement with these groups and ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns and programs. Organisation & delivery is key to ensure safe and educational environments for pupils & educators across multiple topics.

Key Responsibilities:

Purpose-Driven Relationship Building:

Act as the primary point of contact for schools, football clubs, and youth organisations, building and nurturing long-lasting partnerships alongside Make Life Kind’s Relationship Manager.

Proactively building community relationships so confidence meeting and speaking to new people is essential.

Work closely with Milkfluencers (keynote speakers and ambassadors) to ensure they are well-prepared and aligned with Milk & Make Life Kind’s vision and objectives.

Speaker & Event Coordination:

Manage the end-to-end process for speaker bookings, ensuring all logistics are handled, including scheduling, venues, and any necessary materials.

Distribute briefing materials to speakers to ensure they are well-informed about the objectives and audience of each engagement.

Oversee the planning and execution of events with schools and community partners, ensuring all elements run smoothly and align with Milk's brand values.

Community Advocacy & Brand Alignment:

Serve as an advocate for Milk within the community, ensuring the feedback from schools, clubs, and ambassadors is communicated back to internal teams.

Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to integrate community engagement into broader brand messaging.

Performance Monitoring & Feedback:

Gather feedback from schools, clubs, and speakers after events to assess satisfaction and improve future engagements.

Track and report on the impact of community initiatives, providing regular updates on key metrics such as participation, engagement, and long-term relationship outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: We are open to people with a varied background, but sector knowledge in education, education training, education recruitment, charity partnerships is desirable. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in community management, relationship building, or educational program coordination.

Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with the education sector and experience working with schools, youth organisations, or public speakers.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse stakeholders.

Organisation & Leadership: Strong project management skills, capable of organising large events and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software to track relationships and progress.
