This growing independent specialist in the lift industry is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Lift Service Supervisor to manage and coach their Service Engineers within the North West. You will earn circa 45,000 with a car or car allowance with career progression opportunities.
As a Service Supervisor you will be responsible for:
- Managing engineers efficiency
- Conducting safety audits as required
- Conducting toolbox talks with engineers
- Running ride alongs and shadowing engineers work
- Enhancing the businesses portfolio through strong account management
- Providing training exercises with engineers
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A background in lift engineering
- Experienced in Lift Servicing
- Ambitions to develop from Supervisor to Manager
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience leading or managing small teams as supervisor is preferred
