Lift Service Supervisor

This growing independent specialist in the lift industry is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Lift Service Supervisor to manage and coach their Service Engineers within the North West. You will earn circa £45,000 with a car or car allowance with career progression opportunities.

As a Service Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• Managing engineers efficiency
• Conducting safety audits as required
• Conducting toolbox talks with engineers
• Running ride alongs and shadowing engineers work
• Enhancing the businesses portfolio through strong account management
• Providing training exercises with engineers

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A background in lift engineering
• Experienced in Lift Servicing
• Ambitions to develop from Supervisor to Manager
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience leading or managing small teams as supervisor is preferred
