Site Logistics Manager Competitive salary package ( DOE ) Merseyside My client is in the market for a site logistics manager for a large-scale project in Merseyside. The Project is an innovative complex conversion of grade 2 listed building into apartments. The project is comprised of three sites adjacent to each other. You will help manage the safe and efficient movement of materials, goods, and equipment to support the site logistics of the £50million pound development. As Site Logistics Manager will have excellent organisation skills, will an excellent construction be understanding of time scales and site programming. This role of the Site Logistics Manager requires controlling the front ground level site activity. Deliveries, skips changes, materials arriving. It's a very fast pace and demanding role, a good man manager that can prioritise daily site activities accordingly. You will have excellent co ordination skills, be able to communicate well to all site workers. Key Requirements:§Detailed knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation, awareness and process§Site Logistics experience§Leadership and people management skills §Strong verbal and written communication skills§Thorough understanding of project flow and demand fulfilment §Good knowledge of plant equipment§The ability to work with initiative when outside influences affect planned operationTo apply you must have a valid CSCS Card.
