A leading property development and construction company, delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across the North West, are looking to appoint a Logistics Manager for a 50m project in Liverpool


As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing logistics operations across the site. You will work closely with site teams, procurement, and external suppliers to coordinate materials, suppliers, and on-site logistics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute logistics plans.
  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient material distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Implement site traffic and storage management strategies to prevent delays
  • Monitor and report on logistics performance, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the site team to minimise delays and streamline operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Logistics Manager in construction
  • AP qualified for cranes
  • Confident and experienced in delivering large logistics packages on complex construction projects
  • SMSTS
  • Strong communication, negotiating and influencing skills
  • Ideally Full First Aid certification and a recognised form of health & safety training
