We are looking for an experienced M&E Planner for our client based in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning for mechanical and electrical building service projects and will be responsible for creating, managing and monitoring project schedules.

What will the M&E Planner be doing?

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for M&E projects.
  • Monitor progress against planned timelines and adjust schedules as necessary.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project timelines.
  • Identify and manage project risks and delays, implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project progress.
  • Assist with resource planning, procurement schedules, and milestone tracking.
  • Support the project team with planning-related documentation and reporting


What we are looking for in the M&E Planner?

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a planning role within the M&E sector.
  • Proficiency in planning software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
