Adecco is currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse activities, from inventory management to inbound and outbound processes. Your focus will be on optimising the Management System to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Location: Liverpool
Type: Permanent, Monday-Friday schedule
Salary: 35-40K per annum

About the role:

  • Managing daily warehouse operations, including quality assurance, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Implementing ISO9001 and ISO14001 policies.
  • Collaborating with the Health and Safety Committee to promote a safe working environment.
  • Leading and developing a team to maximise productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators related to inbound and outbound operations.
  • Ensuring high housekeeping standards and enforcing security procedures.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and driving change to optimise warehouse function.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in warehouse management and optimising warehouse systems.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Experience with SAP or other Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
