This role is for an Admin Support in a Not For Profit environment, who will be a crucial team member within the Secretarial & Business Support department in Liverpool.

Description
- Providing administrative assistance to various departments.
- Coordinating and maintaining records for staff, office space, telephones, parking, company credit cards and office keys.
- Creating and modifying documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters and financial statements using word processing, spreadsheet, database and/or other presentation software.
- Conducting research, compiling data and preparing papers for consideration and presentation to the Executive Director, staff and Board of Trustees.
- Establishing, developing, maintaining and updating filing system for the Executive Director and the senior management team.
- Retrieving information from files when needed.
- Organising and prioritising large volumes of information and calls.
- Handling confidential and non-routine information.
Profile
A successful Admin Support should have:
- A strong background in administrative roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent organisational skills and an ability to prioritise tasks.
- A proactive and positive attitude towards work.
- Experience in the Not For Profit sector is desirable but not necessary.
