Project Administrator/PA, Liverpool, Up to £35k doeAn exciting opportunity has arisen with this thriving and successful business who have recently opened an office in Liverpool City Centre. Due to expansion they are seeking a highly organised, adaptable and driven individual to join their team, this is a great opportunity for somebody looking to progress in to a PA role.

Duties will include;

  • Providing extensive project administrative support to the team
  • Keeping on top of project trackers for existing projects - updating accordingly with progress
  • Diary Management for the CEO
  • Arranging meetings
  • Proof reading emails and documents
  • Handling a busy inbox and prioritising workload accordingly

As an element of this role will be supporting the CEO, you will require tenacity and the confidence to support on a daily basis and reminding the CEO of appointments and organising them efficiently.
