Our client is a Chartered IFA practice who are looking for an Operations Manager to join their team to ensure the smooth running of the business and it's people.

A minimum of 3 years experience working within an IFA is essential for this role, as well as people management experience as this role will be have direct Admin and Paraplanning reports.

You will play a key role in supporting the company vision and continued growth by providing operational management and ensuring business quality and adherence to all company and regulatory requirements.

- Maintain internal relationships with Directors, IFA's and support staff, managing the workload and career development of admin and paraplanning staff.

- Manage weekly Management Information reporting to the Directors

- Oversee the creation, implementation and improvement of current processes and practices

- Manage the HR system and take responsibility for ongoing recruitment and new starter inductions

- Managing reviews, training and development for the firm

- Taking responsibility for IT equipment and resolving issues alongside their IT supplier

- Managing client feedback and following up on any actions required

- Assisting with company marketing

- Responsible for Health & Fire Safety.

This is a full time role and will initially be office based but longer term there is likely to be flexibility to work from home one day a week.
