The Role: As a Water Treatment Service Manager, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing and expanding my client's water treatment operations. Your role will involve:
- Driving sales, spearheading business development, and managing key accounts with finesse.
- Collaborating closely with the Water Treatment team on cutting-edge hygiene and treatment projects.
- Providing expert technical guidance to empower and support the team.
- Leading training initiatives to elevate staff skills and performance.
- Conducting service work on client sites to uphold exceptional standards.
- Supporting compliance and ensuring all relevant accreditations are maintained.
- Enjoying a flexible hybrid work setup, splitting your time between the office, home, and various site visits from Monday to Friday.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in Water Treatment and Water Hygiene.
- A background in sales, business development, account management or advisory roles within the industry.
- Strong technical expertise paired with outstanding problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work from their Northern office (Liverpool)
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
