Ionic Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Brickwork Site Manager in Liverpool.
Our client is a well-established contractor specialising in brickwork and masonry projects across various sectors. They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee brickwork operations, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.
Role Overview:
As a Brickwork Site Manager, you will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring work is completed on time and within budget. You will play a key role in maintaining site safety, quality control, and overall project efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing brickwork and masonry projects from start to completion.
- Managing site teams and coordinating subcontractors.
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in compliance with regulations.
- Conducting quality checks and ensuring high standards are met.
- Managing project schedules, addressing challenges, and maintaining efficiency.
- Reporting progress and liaising with senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within brickwork or masonry.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and site operations effectively.
- Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations.
- Relevant industry qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid preferred).
Salary & Benefits:
- 40,000 - 50,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
