Location: L3 1HU Liverpool
Start Date: ASAP
Reports to: On-site Facilities Manager
Working Hours: 09:00 - 16:00(Contract - Perm)

Rate: Hourly options PAYE / Umbrella (Negotiable)

Role Overview

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly approachable individual to be the Front of House representative at Kyndryl's newly opened office in the. This role is pivotal in creating a positive first impression for all visitors and internal colleagues alike. You will be the key interface between clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery across the site.

The building hosts approximately 100 employees and is a dynamic, customer-focused environment. You will work closely with our clients Facilities Manager, supporting day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist all visitors and staff entering the building
  • Manage the reception area to ensure a professional and warm first impression
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all front-of-house and general site-related queries
  • Direct and escalate visitor and staff requests to the appropriate personnel or departments
  • Support the Facilities Manager with coordination and setup of meetings, including recording meeting notes
  • Assist in general facilities coordination, such as handling post, booking meeting rooms, and reporting maintenance issues
  • Maintain visitor logs and adhere to site security procedures
  • Help ensure the building remains compliant with health and safety standards
