My client is a leading growing contractor with a large number of projects across Liverpool. With some exciting projects on site, they require a logistics co ordinator/ Assistant Site Manager to join the site team.
The scheme in mind is a luxury high rise apartments value up to 20 million. The site is live and on site and requires a logistics co -Ordinator to organise daily site tasks.
You will have excellent organisation skills, will an excellent construction understand of time scales and site programming.
This role requires controlling the front ground level site activity. Deliveries, skips changes, materials arriving. It's a very fast pace and demanding role, a good man manager that can prioritise daily site activities accordingly.
You will have the skills to prioritise and be able to communicate well to all site workers.
Experience in logistics is preferred, but a good understand of construction sites could be considered. This opportunity will incorporate some Assistant Site Manager responsibilities so its and development opportunity position.
