Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and managemechanical, plumbing, ducting, and HVACinstallations on-site.
• Supervise mechanical teams, ensuring high-quality work and project efficiency.
• Ensure projects are deliveredon time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
• Work closely with Contracts Managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Maintainstrict health & safety complianceon-site.
• Plan site logistics, order materials, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct inspections, quality control, and problem-solving as needed.

About You:

• Extensive experienceas aMechanical Foreman or Mechanical Site Manager.
• Strong knowledge ofmechanical systems, including plumbing, ducting, and HVAC.
• Proven track record of deliveringmulti-million-pound commercial, industrial, and pharmaceutical projects.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate and manage mechanical trades effectively.
• Must be based in Liverpool or the surrounding area.

Required Qualifications:

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
• CSCS card(gold or black preferred).
• Relevantmechanical trade qualifications.
