The Opportunity
Are you ready to make your mark in the high-rise residential sector? We're seeking an experiencedOperations Manager /Contracts Managerto join a leading contractor managing high-value projects across Liverpool and Manchester. Reporting directly to the Construction Director and as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), your expertise will be pivotal in overseeing multiple high-profile projects with an annual turnover of approximately £75m.
In this dynamic role, you'll lead a team of 3-4 Project Managers, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. Your strategic vision and operational excellence will drive the success of large-scale developments, cementing the companys reputation for quality and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple high-rise residential projects across Liverpool and Manchester.
- Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Collaborate closely with the Construction Director and SLT to align on strategic goals.
- Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines, ensuring delivery to the highest standards.
- Foster client relationships and act as a key point of contact for project stakeholders.
