C&B Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Manager to join a busy and well respected accident repair centre in Liverpool.

You will need previous experience working as a Production Manager within the bodyshop environment and a proven track record.

Production Manager Role Overview:• Assisting the bodyshop manager in running the workshop.• Attend and participate in performance related management/team meetings• Establish staff training needs; communicate training requests• Coordinate and schedule work.• Ensuring a strong relationship is maintained with the parts department to maximise parts availability.• Liaising with other Managers to ensure all responsibilities are covered on a daily basis.

Production Manager Requirements:• Experience working as a Production Manager within a accident repair centre.• Proven track record.• Stable Career history.• Full driving license is required.
