Job Title: Senior Site Manager
Location: Merseyside / Greater Manchester
Salary: 55,000 - 60,000 per annum

About the Role:
My client are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Senior Site Manager to lead a large-scale cladding project with an order value of 6 million. The project spans two locations, a location in the Merseyside area and another in the Manchester area, so the candidate must be willing to travel between the two sites. You will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations, dealing with both design and technical issues, and ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the site, ensuring the project progresses smoothly across both sites.
- Manage a self-sufficient team of subcontractors and ensure that quality standards are maintained.
- Address and resolve design and technical issues that arise during the project, working closely with the design team and clients to implement solutions.
- Coordinate the delivery of materials and manage site resources efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across both sites.
- Maintain a high standard of site cleanliness and organisation, ensuring both sites are safely and efficiently managed.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, providing regular updates and resolving any issues that arise during the course of the project.
- Ensure that the project is delivered within the 6 million budget, overseeing costs and expenditure throughout the duration of the work.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager, with a strong background in cladding projects.
- Exceptional technical knowledge in cladding, with the ability to solve complex design and technical issues.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to oversee large teams and subcontractors across multiple locations.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly between both sites.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and residents.
- Organised and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant senior site management qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS card) are essential.
