A well-established construction company who specialise in the delivery of high-quality Design and Build residential and commercial developments, are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of a new build residential project consisting of timber framed houses and apartments.

The Role:

As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and work closely with the design and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage on-site teams, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

Work collaboratively with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.

Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, providing regular updates to senior management.

Implement and maintain quality control procedures to achieve excellent build standards.

Proactively identify and resolve any on-site issues to keep projects on track.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Number 1 Site Manager with main contractors.

Experience in Design and Build contracts is essential.

Experience of timber frame housing is preferred.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Strong understanding of building regulations and health & safety compliance

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively and drive projects to successful completion.

CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications are required.
