Site Manager
18 Rec are sourcing experienced Site Managers to assist with a programme of refurbishments works in Liverpool and the North West. As Site Manager, you will be working within an experienced operational team, you will assist delivering a program of refurbishment works in live site environments for the education and healthcare sectors.
The successful candidate will manage site teams, sub-contractors, on site health and safety and compliance, ensuring project delivery both on time and within budget.
What you will need:
- Experience in a similar role, working as a Main Contractor, managing trades and the supply chain on live site environments.
- Current in date SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
- Ideally an ONC / HNC or level 6 NVQ in a construction related subject, experienced trade route will also be considered.
- Longevity with previous employers and a good understanding of various forms of refurbishment contracts.
