About the role of a Site Manager
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing a specific site and ensuring all works are completed within time and to budget. The projects the company work on range between 1 - 150 million. Day to day duties include communicating with the team, preparing site reports for Contact Managers, and ensuring all works are on time and dealing with any day-to-day issues that may arise.
Based in the North-West area, you will be working alongside knowledgeable, professional, and supportive construction executives who will provide you with the environment where you can thrive.

Experience/Qualifications for a Site Manager
- The successful candidate must demonstrate a background working for a contractor in the commercial new build sector.
- Track record of excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate site teams to work to strict build programmes and deadlines & exceed client expectations.
- Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.
- Experience working in a department that allows them to showcase logical thinking skills and verbal communication skills.

- Salary between 55,000 - 65,000
