Description
The Site Manager will report directly to Group Operations Manager and will:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day site operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Effectively manage and develop a team of c.100
- Deliver site KPI's and deliver reports at group level
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff and stakeholders
- Monitor and deliver site budgets and expenditures
- Manage and deliver Capex projects
- Maintain and drive high standards across site
Profile
The successful Site Manager will posses a range of the following:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry (food/beverage advantageous)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Proficiency in project management and budgeting
- Great problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
- High level communicator
- Passion, pride and enthusiasm
Job Offer
