The projects involve both new build and refurbishment schemes for local authorities and private clients.
As a Site Manager, you will report to a Visiting Contracts Manager and manage the day-to-day operations of your projects.
Candidates must possess CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications.
The position offers a competitive salary of £50,000 per year, requiring a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

My client who are a Family owned, Merseyside Based Main Contractor are seeking to appoint an Experienced Site Manager for ongoing and New Projects covering Merseyside, Lancashire and Cheshire.

The projects the company undertake range from New Build and Refurbishment schemes for Both Local Authorites and Private Clients.

As a Site Manager with this company you will report into a Visiting Contracts Manager and be responsible for the day to day management and delivery of your project(s).
