A leading property development company known for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects are looking for an experienced and driven Site Manager to join their dynamic team on a new build apartment scheme in Liverpool.
Reporting into a Project Manager, you will lead the site team, manage subcontractors, and uphold health and safety regulations while maintaining excellent communication with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and coordinating all on-site construction activities.
- Managing and supervising subcontractors and site personnel.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Enforcing and maintaining strict health and safety procedures.
- Conducting regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Reporting progress to senior management and addressing any issues proactively.
- Keeping site records up to date, including daily logs and risk assessments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
- Previous experience of building apartments or other multi occupancy buildings
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health & safety requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
