This is a great opportunity to work with a leading renowned British retailer hiring for a Loyalty Analyst to take the lead on a variety of customer analytics projects!
The Role
As a Loyalty Analyst you will be involved in:
- Developing analysis related to understanding customers, CRM & Loyalty and marketing performance.
- Relaying actionable insights to key stakeholders across e-commerce, merchandising, web and marketing.
- Continuously think commercially and look at quantifying the impact of decisions to build an understanding of delivering value.
- Gathering requirements, deep diving into data sets, visualising and reporting on findings and telling stories around the insights.
Skills and Experience
- SQL
- Experience working with large datasets, writing efficient code & generating analysis.
- Data Visualisation experience - Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio
- Proven experience working specifically with customer data.
