Loyalty Analyst

Liverpool (3x a week)

This is a great opportunity to work with a leading renowned British retailer hiring for a Loyalty Analyst to take the lead on a variety of customer analytics projects!

The Role

As a Loyalty Analyst you will be involved in:

Developing analysis related to understanding customers, CRM & Loyalty and marketing performance.
Relaying actionable insights to key stakeholders across e-commerce, merchandising, web and marketing.
Continuously think commercially and look at quantifying the impact of decisions to build an understanding of delivering value.
Gathering requirements, deep diving into data sets, visualising and reporting on findings and telling stories around the insights.

Skills and Experience

SQL
Experience working with large datasets, writing efficient code & generating analysis.
Data Visualisation experience - Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio
Proven experience working specifically with customer data.
