Working as part of a close-knit team, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join a well established B2B company. The role is varied, but essentially you'll be tasked with developing an online marketing presence, which will drive client, customer and employee engagement.
You'll be busy working closely with other departments internally and a large part of your role will be the 'goto' person for anything website or intranet related. Aside from this, externally, you'll be ensuring that the brand is effective and engaging with a solid presence. You'll be supporting with content creation, organising (and occasionally attending!) events, and different marketing strategies.

What you'll be doing day to day;
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including and web and intranet.
- Manage and update website CMS and intranetCMS systems to ensure content is current and engaging.
- Create and design marketing materials using design software.
- Analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support on B2B and B2C digital marketing and communications.
- Maintain and enhance our online presence through SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Deliver channel improvement programmes ensuring effective stakeholder and project management.
What experience are we looking for?
- You'll have digital marketing experience in a B2B setting
- You'll be confident in using various website CMS and intranetCMS systems (Umbraco preferable)
- Some web development skills (qualification preferable)
- Strong design skills and experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong content production skills including social media.
- Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
