The School and Role

This thriving and inclusive secondary academy in Kensington, Liverpool, is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled iMedia Specialist to join a supportive team and inspire students across KS3 and KS4. Starting after the October half-term, this ongoing full-time role is an excellent opportunity for a professional passionate about creative digital media to shape young minds. As an iMedia Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in equipping students with the knowledge and practical skills needed to succeed in the creative digital media sector. Students will learn essential industry concepts, beginning with pre-production stages and progressing through practical assignments where they apply their knowledge to create multimedia products such as digital graphics, websites, and video projects.

Our academy is a co-educational school serving students aged 11-18, with a strong commitment to academic excellence, personal growth, and social responsibility. We prioritise an inclusive learning environment that encourages every student to excel in and out of the classroom.

Requirements

The desired iMedia Specialist will have;

-          Experience of working with KS3 - KS4

-          A passion for the progress of secondary school pupils

-          An ability to work as part of a team

-          Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
