The Role
As a Chiller Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault finding, and breakdown repairs of various chiller systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and minor works on systems including Split & VRV air conditioning systems, CRAC Units, Fan Coil Units, and Air Handling Units.
- Undertake fault finding on complex and critical systems, utilising cause and effect analysis, manufacturers' literature, drawings, and schematics to identify solutions.
- Ensure compliance with related Health Building Notes, Health Technical Memorandums, FGAS, and other relevant legislation and statutory requirements.

The Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will have a solid background in air conditioning and chiller maintenance, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. You will have:
- Knowledge of AC units.
- NVQ, City and Guilds, or equivalent in Air Conditioning, Chillers, or Refrigeration.
- F-Gas registered.
- Proven experience in air conditioning and chiller maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
