Our client, a small but reputable heating & plumbing firm are currently looking for a Domestic gas engineer to join their highly valued team on full time permanent basis.

The main focus of this role will be to carry out service, repair and maintenance work in domestic properties.

You will be given support, training and the correct tools to carry out your role efficiently.

Current ACS qualifications are essential for this role. LPG and OFTEC tickets would be advantageous.

Domestic Gas Engineer Service & Breakdowns Role and Responsibilities:

  • Boiler repairs and fault finding
  • Boiler servicing
  • Landlord gas safety checks
  • Installations works
  • Take responsibility for the overall quality of the work delivered on-site
  • Ensure the company meets its obligations and adheres to guidelines and regulations
  • Work closely with other engineers and provide support and training to more junior members of the team

Domestic Gas Engineer Skills and Experience:

  • A full UK driving licence or equivalent (Essential)
  • A drive and enthusiasm to grab hold of opportunities
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Domestic gas engineer
  • Valid domestic ACS (Essential)
  • A positive attitude and the ability to self-motivate is a must.
